Sixteen numbers of RC (reinforced concrete) and LMRC beams, containing latex 10% and 15% by weight of cement, along with control specimens (cubes) have been tested. The load–deflection envelope curves, common point curves and stability point curves are established for LMRC beams and compared with those of RC beams. A quantitative comparison made on significant loading stages is summarized.
